options - You can place the order and call us with your credit
card information; You can place the order and mail us a check;
Or you can even print a copy of the order and mail it directly

we need to process your order:
When you place an order, we need to know your
name, postal address, e-mail address, ship-to address, credit
card number and expiration date. This allows us to process your
order and to conact you if there are any problems. |

When you place an order with us , there

When you sign up for e-mail notification
of sales and new or clearance items, we need similar name and

What shipping
method is used:
TreasArt
generally ships via UPS - United Parcel Service. UPS can not
deliver to a PO Box. The shipping address must be a street
address.
At our option, TreasArt
may ship some small packages via US Post Office Priority mail,
depending upon the specific size, weight and destination. |

What shipping
method is used:
The only delivery method
available to ship to APO's and FPO's is Priority Mail of the
US Post Office. The Post Office is more expensive than
UPS, especally as packages increase in weight. The shipping charges
for APO's and FPO's are slightly more than regular UPS ground
shipments on small orders and considerably more on heavier packages. |

What shipping
method is used:
The only reasonable
delivery method available to ship to AK, HI, PR & VI is Priority
Mail of the US Post Office. The Post Office is more expensive
than UPS, especally as packages increase in weight. The shipping
charges for APO's and FPO's are slightly more than regular UPS
ground shipments on small orders and considerably more on heavier
packages. |

Shipments
Canada, Europe, South America, Far East, etc.
What shipping
method is used:
As a result of the
complexity of the various international import restrictions and
import duties, TreasArt does not currently have shipping systems
inplace to ship outside the USA. We do however have many
customers outside the USA who ship to relatives or remail services
in the USA. However, in these cases, we are actually shipping
to a normal US address and the receiving party is responsible
for forwarding the shipment to it's final destination and for
compliance with the various import restrictions and import duties. |

Shipping / Delivery
Times
When will
your order ship out?
TreasArt
generally ships orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders
received on holidays or weekends ship out on the next business
day. If there is any problem or question on
an order, you will be contacted as soon as possible by phone
or via e-mail. Below is a map of Estimated Delivery
Days. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. |
